Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager for the Highway 64 West location in Tyler, TX. The role focuses on leading the collision center, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, experience with CCC1 and Mitchell software, and

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Experience with CCC1 and Mitchell software is preferred.
• Experience with accounts receivable/payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the collision center to meet KPI and insurance targets.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/annual financials.
• Ensure a safe, clean, organized repair facility and adherence to procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training as needed.
