Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of the collision center and ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting KPI and insurance metrics.

You will coach and empower team members, maintain safety standards, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and uphold the highest professionalism in serving customers. This leadership role offers growth within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Maintain a safe, clean repair facility and enforce safety standards.
