Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and drive daily operations to meet KPI targets. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and coordinate production and safety programs. This role demands strong leadership in a busy repair environment.

The General Manager will optimize shop performance, supervise all staff, and ensure high-quality service aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the collision center to meet KPI targets.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop staff.
• Ensure safety standards and dress code compliance.
