Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center, delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing day-to-day operations and achieving KPI targets. You will coach team members to perform at their best and ensure adherence to high professional standards across the shop.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and health & safety sessions.
