Caliber Collision in Mesa is hiring a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, risk management, teammate development, and client metrics. The role includes supervising production, administration, and ensuring repairs meet Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines.

The GM will recruit and retain top talent, monitor monthly financial performance, and drive profitable, safe workmanship while fostering a culture of service excellence across the team in Arizona.

Competenze

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs+.

Mansioni

• Oversee center operations and risk management.
• Develop teammates; monitor financial metrics and production.
• Recruit and retain qualified staff.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe and profitable per SOP.
• Review monthly financial results for opportunities and trends.
