Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the Phoenix center operations, risk management, and teammate development. The role includes monitoring client metrics, production, and administration to ensure safe, thorough, and profitable vehicle repairs in line with Caliber SOPs and insurance partner guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in collision management, strong leadership, and a track record of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Must have prior experience with CCC1.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Physical ability to perform activities including lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance and identify opportunities.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe and profitable per SOP and industry guidelines.
• Lead efforts to improve center performance and customer satisfaction.
