Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operation and risk management.
• Develop teammates and recruit/retain staff.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP.
• Guide client metrics and production efficiency.
