Job summary

Caliber Collision in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration, while ensuring quality repairs.

The GM will recruit and retain talented teammates, monitor and review monthly financial performance, and align repairs with Caliber SOPs and industry standards to deliver safe, thorough, and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, and production.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; develop the staff.
• Monitor current financial performance and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP and industry standards.
