Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Prior CCC1 experience and repair process knowledge
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee center operations, including risk management, production, and administration
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates
• Monitor financial performance and review previous month’s metrics
• Ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly, and profitably per SOP
