Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the United States, Arizona (El Mirage). You will provide exceptional customer service and handle administrative tasks for the Repair Facility Team, including scheduling, insurance coordination, and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a related admin role, with preferred experience in auto body. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related setting.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner with proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers and insurers in CCC One notes; use correct communication type.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage data.
• Manage ARMS daily to keep ARMS and CCC One synchronized.
