Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support for our repair facilities. The role focuses on customer relationships, insurance coordination, and comprehensive admin tasks that keep the facility running smoothly.

You will use CCC One daily to schedule, document interactions, manage rental information, and align ARMS with CCC One for accurate record-keeping. A high school diploma and customer-service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental car information and update CCC One.
• Manage ARMS to ensure ARMS vehicles are noted in CCC One.
