Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Carson, CA center to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating rental car/tow services and maintaining knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load-level processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to offer one-stop service.
• Monitor workload and suggest load-level requests to balance center operations.
• Maintain familiarity with insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load-level processes.
