Job summary

Caliber Collision Gilbert - S Douglas Dr is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide outstanding service while coordinating center flow and load levels.

You will work with rental car and tow companies to deliver one-stop service, and you will leverage knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load levels. The role emphasizes clear communication and teamwork in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
