Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Omaha, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners. You will manage appointments, coordinate communications, and support the Repair Facility Team.

Key duties include scheduling using CCC One, handling insurance authorizations, preparing RO work packets, updating CCC One, and assisting with rental car coordination and ARMS entries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in an auto body or related environment a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and related scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklists, parts lists and windshield tags.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS and update CCC One with rental information; coordinate car rentals.
