Gerber Collision & Glass in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and administrate repair facility support. You will coordinate appointments, insurance communications, and rental information to support the repair process.

The role emphasizes multitasking, accuracy, and strong written and verbal communication to uphold WOW standards and ensure smooth interactions with customers and insurers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsabilités

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all customer and insurer communications in CCC One.
• Manage rental info and ARMS entries daily.
