Gerber Collision & Glass in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the repair facility team. You will schedule repairs, handle insurance communications, prepare RO packages, and maintain records using CCC One and ARMS, while ensuring accurate data entry and strong service.

Candidates with a High School diploma and at least one year in admin or auto-body settings are encouraged to apply; a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (administrative assistant).
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or related environment with customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships and insurance communications during repairs.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare repair orders with QC checklists, parts lists, and rental flags.
• Log all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental car usage and verify ARMS entries.
• Ensure ARMS and CCC One data are synchronized throughout the day.
