Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a detail-oriented CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced collision repair environment. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires high school education and 1 year of relevant experience; preferred exposure to auto body settings and customer service. On-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Prefer 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Obtain repair authorizations and documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklists, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record communications with customers/insurers in CCC One notes.
• Update CCC One with rental car usage information.
• Monitor ARMS throughout the day to align with CCC One entries.
