Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance partners and provide administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar admin role preferred.
• Customer service experience in auto body environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles appear in CCC One.
