Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Augusta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating with customers and insurance partners. You will support the Repair Facility Team with administrative tasks and ensure accurate documentation in CCC One and ARMS systems.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in a similar admin role, and preferred auto body exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and the planning tools.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs to disassemble vehicles.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily so vehicles appear in ARMS and CCC One.
