Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a CSR in Fort Wayne, Indiana to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the Repair Facility Team. You will coordinate with customers and insurers, schedule repairs, and prepare repair order packets with essential documentation.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and solid communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced auto service environment. Valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance companies.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner with proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
