Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences at our repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while handling administrative support for the repair team.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs with CCC One, obtaining approvals, and maintaining rental and communication records. A DMV license and detail-oriented multitasker mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a similar role (administrative assistant).
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Schedule repair appointments using CCC One and approved scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and rental status indicators.
