Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Olympia, WA is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver outstanding customer service while accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and align with the shop's KPIs.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic computer skills, a willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience with repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with repair documents.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely repair information and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP requirements, and metrics.
• Follow WOW standards for drop-offs, planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed and attend safety meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by the Store Manager.
