Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. The role ensures alignment with team KPIs through strong communication and documentation.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma with knowledge of OE guidelines. I-CAR training may be required, and a valid driver's license is expected to support site operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Ability to communicate with customers and insurance companies.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with insurance clients as required.
• Participate in production walks and support the team as needed.
