Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurers. You will document damage, inform customers, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license, with DRP and I-CAR training preference. This position emphasizes teamwork and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP’s is required and 1 year experience is preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and monthly safety meetings.
• Maintain the store’s KPI’s and uphold company values.
