Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I in Salem, OR. You will assess past-due accounts, reach out to customers, and coordinate resolutions in line with policy.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, researching delinquency, processing payments, and providing options to customers. Strong communication and typing skills are essential; two evening shifts weekly and periodic Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options per company policies.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and account questions.
• Assist with overflow calls (disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy).
• Document notes per company procedures.
• Must be able to come to work promptly and work with others under deadlines.
