Job summary

Resort Recovery Solutions LLC in San Diego, CA is hiring Collections Representatives to resolve accounts professionally and respectfully. We provide full paid training and a supportive team environment.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain account details, set up payoffs and payment plans, and document every contact in our system while following regulatory requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication; calm and professional under pressure.
• Accuracy and integrity in documentation.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable in a high-volume call environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Collections experience or FDCPA/Rosenthal knowledge a plus; training on all laws provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers about their accounts
• Explain account details and set up payoffs, settlements, and payment plans within company guidelines
• Document every contact accurately in our system
• Send approved letters, emails, and required documentation
• Leave voicemails and follow up consistently
• Process outgoing mail
• Other duties as assigned
