Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound phone calls to debtors.
• Explain account details and negotiate settlements and payment plans.
• Enter accurate notes and data from each call.
• Prepare collection letter templates and send correspondence.
• Leave voicemails and follow up consistently.
• Email debtors and send required documentation.
• Process outgoing mail.
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Explain account details and negotiate settlements, payoffs, and payment plans
• Enter accurate notes and data from each call
• Prepare collection letter templates and send correspondence
• Leave voicemails and follow up consistently
• Email debtors and send the required documentation
• Process outgoing mail
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times
• Other duties as assigned
