Foundation Finance Company LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency in accordance with policy. You will handle more complex questions escalated from the customer service team and other representatives, providing options to regain payment and prevent losses.

This full-time role requires strong computer skills, professional phone presence, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Researches delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Processes over the phone payments, including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per policy.
• Relay information on interest, statements, and other questions.
• Assist with overflow calls including disputes, recovery, and bankruptcy.
