Job summary

Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I in the United States (Colorado) to assess past-due accounts and engage customers to resolve delinquencies per policy. The role handles more complex questions from the service team, makes outbound calls, and processes over-the-phone payments to achieve one-call resolutions.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service or collections, strong communication, typing, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or collections preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Professional phone presence and strong typing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy.
• Handle more complex account questions from the service team and other reps.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts and determine best resolution actions.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit cards to achieve one-call resolutions.
• Provide relief options to customers experiencing hardships per policy.
• Explain interest, statements and other account details to customers.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Document notes in required systems per procedures.
• Adapt to changing product requirements effectively.
• Work two evening shifts per week (12pm-9pm CST or 10am-7pm CST) and a quarterly Saturday shift.
