Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency per policy.
• Research delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments, including credit card transactions, to achieve one-call resolutions.
• Provide relief options to customers experiencing hardships per policy.
• Explain interest, statements, and other account questions to customers with clarity.
• Document notes in all required areas per processes and procedures.
