Foundation Finance Company in Colorado Springs is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy. This role handles more complex account questions directed from the customer service team and other representatives.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service or collections, strong computer skills and communication abilities, and the ability to work two evening shifts per week

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.
• Two evening shifts per week, 12pm-9pm CST and 10am-7pm CST and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve delinquency per policy.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts and research delinquent accounts.
• Process over-the-phone payments (credit card) and aim for one-call resolution.
• Explain interest, statements, and other account questions; relay information to customers.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks; document notes per company processes and procedures.
• React productively to change and adapt to evolving processes.
