Blitt & Gaines Law Offices in Missouri is seeking a Contact Us Collections Representative to manage the firm’s email communications with consumers, attorneys and authorized parties. You will monitor inboxes, respond to or route messages within set turnaround times, and prepare written correspondence for distribution.

You will use templates and ad hoc forms, document activities in the CLS system, and support proactive collections efforts while exercising sound judgment and teamwork daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections and customer service.
• Proficient in Outlook and basic IT systems.
• Knowledge of Federal and State collection laws.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal communications via Outlook daily.
• Manage Contact Us email inbox and related folders.
• Respond to emails with timely instructions.
• Document communications in the CLS system.
• Support proactive collections via email.
• Provide emails to staff as required.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Resolve files and maximize collection opportunities.
• Collaborate as a team and adapt to daily tasks.
