Foundation Finance Company in the United States is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I to assess past due accounts, contact customers, and resolve delinquency per policy. The role handles more complex inquiries and requires outbound calls and payments processing by phone.

The position expects strong computer skills, professional communication, and the ability to document notes accurately. Shift coverage includes two evenings and a quarterly Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess past due accounts and contact customers to resolve per policy.
• Handle more complex inquiries referred by the customer service team.
• Perform outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Identify delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and determine resolutions.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit cards.
• Offer relief options to customers in hardship per policy.
• Relay information about interest, statements, and account questions.
• Complete in-office and administrative tasks; document notes per procedures.
• Respond productively to change; adapt to shifts.
