• Verify all collateral documents are present and auditable.
• Keep data in tracking systems current, accurate, and complete.
• Provide documents to Servicers within timelines.
• Generate transmittals listing documents/files shipped.
• Maintain filing of returned documents for accuracy.
• Assist with requests to/from Freedom document custodians.
• Pivot to other tasks to meet business needs.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
