You will validate, log, track, image, and securely store original loan files while ensuring compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.

This role collaborates with Customer Service, Loan Resolution, vendors, and law firms to resolve document discrepancies, monitor timelines, and support process improvements and special projects within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years mortgage servicing collateral experience.
• Familiarity with foreclosure and bankruptcy servicing.
• Self-starter with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and validate collateral documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Track and resolve missing or incorrect documentation.
• Image and index collateral files in digital systems.
• Research title chains and recorded documents discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, law firms, and investors on revisions and recordings.
• Monitor foreclosure and bankruptcy timelines to ensure compliance.
• Support investor/agency requests and process improvements.
