Selene Finance LP is seeking a Documentation Management Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of collateral documentation for mortgage servicing, including receipt, validation, tracking, imaging, and secure storage of original loan documents. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements and support internal teams such as Customer Service and Loan Resolution.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years mortgage servicing collateral or related assignments.
• Familiarity with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and servicing areas.
• Ability to resolve complex situations with solutions.
• Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collateral Management: log, validate, track, image, and index collateral documents.
• Mail & Document Processing: sign for packages, scan and process mail within 24 hours.
• Cross-Functional Support: communicate with vendors and law firms; monitor timelines; document notes.
• Special Projects: support investor requests and long-term collateral management improvements.
