Selene Finance LP in Dallas, TX seeks a Documentation Management Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of collateral documents, ensure accuracy, and comply with regulatory and investor requirements.

You will work with Customer Service, Loan Resolution, and external vendors, handling mail, imaging, indexing, and filing while meeting critical deadlines and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and servicing areas; 3–5 years of mortgage servicing collateral experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented and deadline driven.

Responsibilities

• Collateral Management: log, validate, index, and track collateral documents; resolve discrepancies.
• Mail & Document Processing: receive, scan, and index documents; ensure timely processing.
• Cross-Functional Support: coordinate with vendors, law firms, and investors; monitor timelines.
• Special Projects: participate in process improvements and fulfill investor/agency requests.
