Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Document Administration Collateral Specialist II to manage collateral documentation and file shipments with vendors and custodians. The role requires interacting with servicing and originations partners to fulfill collateral requests promptly and accurately.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in Document Administration or Mortgage Servicing, with knowledge of investor requirements and custodial systems. This on-site position offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure requested documentation is accurately completed within specific task SLAs.
• Request collateral files from investor designated document custodians to obtain necessary documentation for Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure proceedings.
• Identify and cure collateral exceptions for delivery, sales, and certifications.
• Address inquiries from vendors, investors, Portfolio Managers, etc. professionally and promptly.
• Review daily task queue and exception reports to ensure completion within SLAs.
• Update and annotate actions/follow-ups in all relevant systems.
