Job summary

HEARTLAND BUSINESS SYSTEMS LLC is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to develop, implement, and support collaboration services for consulting clients. You will build client relationships to identify challenges and translate them into clear specifications and requirements.

In this role you will work with internal teams to deliver projects, contribute to product selections and standards, and provide ongoing support and administration for customers while maintaining professional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred.
• Experience with collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex, Zoom, Teams).
• Proven ability to learn new tools and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Strong communication and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Collaboration Team to support client projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of scope.
• Assist in product selection, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for customers.
• Maintain professional demeanor across regional and virtual practices.
• Provide time estimates and project scope for systems projects.
• Maintain current vendor certifications and stay updated on new solutions.
• Meet annual billable hour goals.
