Job summary

Heartland Business Systems, LLC. is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to design, implement, and support collaboration services for consulting clients. You will build strong client relationships to identify challenges and translate them into effective collaboration solutions.

The role involves cross-team coordination, product guidance, and ongoing system administration. You will collaborate with regional teams, provide accurate estimates for projects, maintain certifications, and strive to achieve

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent certifications or experience.
CCNA or Equivalent required.
Working knowledge of one or more Collaboration solutions (Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice).

Responsibilities

Work with the Collaboration Team to support consultative projects and client accounts.
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of scope of work.
Assist in product selection, configuration standards, and educate sales on products.
Provide support, maintenance, and administration for client environments.
Offer time estimates and define project scopes for systems-related work.
Maintain current vendor certifications and stay current on new products and solutions.
Meet annual billable hour goals as defined by HBS.
