Job summary

Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to develop, implement, and support collaboration services for consulting clients. Build a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify business challenges and define specifications to arrive at the best solution.

Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the scope of work, contribute to product selection and best practices, and maintain current vendor certifications to stay ahead in the field.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, or equivalent certifications or work experience.
• CCNA or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of Cisco Webex, Zoom Calling, or Microsoft Teams Voice.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team providing consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the scope of work.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and educate the sales team members on these products and services to enhance the sales process.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’ customers.
• Work in a team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices while at all times maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
• Provide time estimates and project scopes for systems related projects.
• Maintain current vendor/industry certifications and stay current on new products and solutions.
• Meet annual billable hour goal, as defined by HBS. This number may change over time as the business evolves.
