Qualifications

• Associates degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
• CCNA or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of collaboration solutions: Cisco On Prem/Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team providing consultative and proactive project support to client accounts.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the defined scope of work.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and best practices, and educate sales team members.
