Job summary

HEARTLAND-BUSINESS-SYSTEMS-LLC is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to develop and support collaboration services for consulting clients. You will build strong client relationships to identify business challenges and craft specifications to reach optimal solutions.

Work with internal teams to deliver the scope, contribute to product selection and best practices, and provide ongoing support while maintaining certifications.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent certifications or experience.
• CCNA or Equivalent certification required.
• Working knowledge of Cisco Webex, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams Voice.

Responsibilities

• Support collaboration services for clients; build client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project scope on time.
• Assist in product selection, configuration standards, and best practices; educate sales teams.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for customer environments.
• Maintain professional demeanor in regional and virtual practices.
• Estimate time and scope for systems-related projects.
• Maintain current vendor/industry certifications.
• Meet annual billable hour goals defined by the company.
