Job summary

Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to develop, implement, and support collaboration services for consulting clients. You will build strong client relationships, identify business challenges, and translate them into effective solutions while working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include providing support, maintenance, and administration, maintaining certifications, and delivering project estimates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Working knowledge of Cisco On Prem/Webex, Zoom Calling or Microsoft Teams Voice.
• 6 months to 1 year in a technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support collaboration services for consulting clients.
• Build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop requirements.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the scope of work.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and educate the sales team.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for customers.
• Maintain current vendor certifications and stay current on new products and solutions.
• Meet annual billable hour goal, as defined by the company.
