Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in a technical related field, internship, or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent certifications or work experience.
• CCNA or Equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco Webex, Zoom Calling, or Microsoft Teams Voice.

Responsibilities

• Work with the HBS Collaboration Team to support accounts and projects.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the scope of work.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and educate sales teams.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS customers.
• Maintain professionalism and educate team members across regions.
• Provide time estimates and project scopes for systems projects.
• Maintain current certifications and stay updated on new products.
• Meet annual billable hour goals as defined by HBS.
