Responsibilities

• Work within the HBS Collaboration Team to provide consultative and proactive project support.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of scope of work.
• Educate sales team on collaboration products and services to enhance the sales process.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for customers.
