Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team delivering consultative and proactive project support.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the scope of work.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and educate sales on products and services.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS customers.
