Job summary

Heartland Business Systems LLC in Springfield, MO is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to develop, implement, and support collaboration services for consulting clients. You will build client relationships to identify business challenges and craft specifications to arrive at optimal solutions.

Responsibilities include working with internal teams, contributing to product selection and standards, and providing ongoing support and administration for customers while meeting annual billable targets.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
• CCNA or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of one of the following Collaboration solutions (Cisco On Prem and/or Webex, Zoom Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice).
• Willingness to stay current with certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the HBS Collaboration Team providing consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base.
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of the scope of work.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and best practices and educate the sales team on these products and services.
• Provide support, maintenance, and administration for HBS’s customers.
