Job summary

CryoPDP is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee temperature-controlled shipments within the United States, ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards. You will lead Logistics Coordinators, optimize processes, and mentor staff to meet SOPs and GDP guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing documents, coordinating with LSPs, and maintaining shipment integrity while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in airfreight or cold chain logistics.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (GDP, FDA, IATA, FAA).
• Experience coordinating domestic and export shipments.
• Ability to develop training and standard work for LCs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Logistics Coordinators to ensure SOP and GDP compliance.
• Lead operational and compliance processes for temperature-controlled shipments in the U.S.
• Ensure accurate documentation: MAWB, HAWB, invoices, customs affidavits.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service levels.
