Job summary

United States Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily workflows in a temperature-controlled facility. You will supervise staff, prioritize safety, and ensure inventory accuracy while aligning with quality standards.

The role requires warehouse supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Employment is full-time with standard warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in Team Lead/Supervisor roles preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse operations, ideally in temperature-controlled environments.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by coordinating workflow throughout the warehouse with safety and productivity in mind.
• Oversee labor scheduling, overtime decisions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to good warehousing practices, food safety standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving to manage docks and pallet flow; operate WMS and address exceptions.
• Act as escalation point for issues, guiding staff and coordinating with HR.
• Occasionally perform Warehouse Associate and Lead duties as business demands require.
